I would like to bring your kind attention that i am a regular and dedicated user of Flip kart. Unfortunately this is my first time when i purchased a mobile phone and to my disgrace received a wrong and a damaged piece ( my bad luck may be), Unable to switch it on. I tried to contact Flip kart for the same and they sent someone to pick up the item. This was attempted twice and both times I was unavailable at my premises as they never came according to my availability. I tried to contact Flip kart again but now i am unable to login to my account. i dont know what your policy is, but you cant harass a senior citizen like this.
I would like to request you to accept my return request and send someone to pick up the item when I am available at my address.
Kindly treat this as a sincere request as I am a senior citizen and not very tech savy.
