- Received Samsung M20 in place of One plus 7 Open
I have ordered One Plus * mobile on *th July ****. With express delivery, I have received a parcel on *th July ****. But after opening the parcel, I found Samsung Galaxy M** mobile in the parcel. After that, I immediately call Amazon customer care and raised this issue to them. They said that they raised the ticket to a special team and I have to wait *- * working days.
I have also offered them to take my parcel opening video and IMEI number of Samsung mobile for proper investigation. But they said to wait for investigation result after an investigation result only they will take the video and images.
I recently got the investigation result wherein they mentioned that I got the one plus phone.
They also say that they are unable to search their database with Samsung mobile number which I received.
