I have given special instruction to not include tomato in my order as I am allergic and I asked for a refund since I cannot eat what they provided and to order from another restaurant. The customer care executive Purvi Uniyal just closed to the conversation after replying rudely that I cannot refund and did not wait for me to even reply.
