- Received defective product and they refuse to refund even after sending the product back Closed
Ordered mivi headphones on *rd Oct, received on *th Oct. One side was not working. So sent a mail requesting a refund and they replied on **th Oct saying product must be sent within * days after delivery. Some how sent the defective product now they are repairing it Instead of replacing / refunding amount. Customer care is useless since they'll do exactly opposite of what we want. Tried calling customer care explaining the issue. But still they are treating the issue as a repair and not as replacement / refund.
