I have faced an issue with last shopping with Flipkart. I have ordered an "Fossil Gen * Juliana watch" from Flipkart on **th of Sept. I have received my product on **rd of September. On my surprise, I received shady and cheap quality product which wasn't matching with my product.
On my end I have raised a return request to Flipkart immediately after I have opened the product. I was told to wait till *rd of October to get my resolution and I was asked to share few details with like my adhar card photo, photos of the product I have received in meantime. I shared them the details on the same day(which was on **th September). Then I have waited for the till *rd of October, yes I did call them in-between many a times but I got same answer that I will get the resolution on *rd of October.
On my surprise on *nd October my request was denied with lame reason like the details which I shared was not fine. However, I kept my battle on with Flipkart and was successful on re raising my return request.
After which they call me sometime around *th of October and said they needed to lodge FIR as seller is adamant to accept my return request. I gave my consent for FIR. Then I was told that I will have my resolution on or before **th of October but on my another surprise, they sent me mail today morning October *th and mentioned that "too many return request raised from the account so they are blocking my account and also they are cancelling my return request". This is a harassment. I feel like I have been cheated very smartly.
I need justice and I need your expertise to help me to stand up against Flipkart.
