- Received an improper product from amazon Open
Respected voxya team,
Recently i purchased a mass gainer on **th of april of "MUSCLEBLAZE," brand which was of cost **** ,with order id ***-*******-*******.
This parcel is delivered today on **th of april.
My issue is,i am not given the product; i ordered,
i am given a completely different or an useless item which i cant say there is any meaning of delivering this item!
It is a brick stone ,a kind of joke as their service name.
Really disgusting with their service,i will never shop from them again.
Flipkart never done this to me.
I didn't make any kind of unboxing video as I never need for it rather seek for proof that there is a mass gainer inside
And share their selling data too.
Inside the cardboard box there is another box and inside this box a brick(eent) was present and niether a bill nor any tags like stuff.
My whole family was shoked when I opened my parcel and now they scolding me continuosly.
Me and my whole needed the parcel since a week but they delayed it more than a week.
Really disappointed with their service.
I have contact no of delivery person as he called me with his personel number and he is not picking up his phone after saying him the incidence.
I clicked some pictures of the parcel which was in deteriorating condition. Parcel was badly damaged and worst packing, just one covering to items and after it only tape was preventing it from damage.
On the box there was a lot of tap wraps,it was wrapped randomly without any consciousness.
It does not seems the parcel was opened by someone,
It was well packed and sealed but inside the box there isn't what i ordered.
And i have raised a complaint against them to National Consumer Helpline with docket no *******. as i listned about their costomer care service,which is not as good .
They are saying for wait but i can't make it out because i need my money urgently.
And cancelled my *st raised return request .
I seek for reason but they didn't responded genuinely.
So now help me to get my money back,
