I ordered a readymade blouse on April * ****, from the online retailer Matching Blouses (www.matching blouses.com & @matchingblouses, FB). I prepaid the order and got an order confirmation SMS immediately. The product delivered was a different material (design & print) from the picture advertised on the website and the material was unstitched ( I wanted it stitched and had chosen a size).
I contacted customer care from their website by filling out a form. I also tried Facebook messenger but as soon as I mentioned my problem the customer care representative stopped responding to my messages. I sent an email with photos for proof. I have not received any replies.
I have no use for the material they sent me as it's not what I ordered. They have no physical address for their business on their website. Nobody responds unless you are making queries about buying a product.
