I ordered * glass jars, * of which came broken. I called customer care and sent them an email with * pictures and * videos of me opening the broken jars.
- Number of Jars: They said they will replace them both but sent me an email saying complaint has been made for return of * jar. I called them * times to say it's * jars and each time they said "yes * jars" but would send me an email saying only one jar.
- Different person:Each time i call, there is a new person taking my case and they have no clue and wrong information so i end up just repeating the same story again and they again assure me that "this time they will personally look into it" but they dont.
- Assure: They assured me that they will replace but then i get calls saying they will refund (I bought the jars on a deal so i don;t want the refund) then they agree to replace but again some call and say refund and some say replace but when I call customer care, they ask for a few days to see what they can do. (but never get back to me)
- Delivery guy: The delivery guy keeps coming home to collect the product (only * cuz he was told i have only * broken) then he sees them and says he can't take back broken glass and cancels the return. Then i keep getting calls all day saying i was not available for return pick up. although I was and the guy said he doesn't want it.
- No clarity: On the phone they tell me that the pictures are enough proof and they don't need me to save the broken glass at home. the delivery guy also says he won't pick the glass up but we keep getting calls to say return pick up is initiated. and until this issue is sorted they won't act on replacing my jars.
Solution: I would like a replacement of my jars and shopper stop take responsibility of their poor customer service.
