Cab number KA**C**** waylaid my vehicle in the middle of a junction and when I attempted to overtake he proceeded to swerve and turn into my car almost damaging it and causing mental disturbance and uneasiness. This incident was unprovoked. This ccurred on **th March **** at *.** PM at the Old Madras Road / ***ft Road junction in Bangalore.
