- PropUrban Refund of deposit pending Open
We've moved out of the apartment and gave the key back to the PropUrban personnel on October **, ****. It's been more than * months and we're yet to receive the refund amount.
We were told that we would be getting the refund amount within ** days.
Tried contacting the same person whom we were in touch for sending payment confirmation messages and now he has blocked our contact and is not reachable. We've also tried to contact the customer care number provided and that's also of no help - no one answers the call.
On top of these, I've also sent multiple emails regarding this to propurban customer care address(firstname.lastname@example.org) and they've been sending the same message as response:
"we are waiting for the update from the finance department on your refund and once we get an update on your refund."
I've been informed over email that the amount of Rs **,*** would be the refund amount, post which I've shared my bank details for them to the initiate refund.
