I have been given property insurance without consent for my underconstruction building.
Earlier i was told propert insurance is needed when construction is **% complete.
After money was deducted recentyl i was told that it is manadatory after **% construction is complete.
Now i m told it is compulsory moment u take loan irrespective of completion of building.
