To be exact, on **th september, i ordered three products worth ***.**rs, ***.**rs, ***.**rs which sums up to an amount of ****.**rs. but myntra asked me to pay an extra of ***rs so that i can avail the discounted price, or i could wait for an another day and avoid paying rs***. As one item in my cart is limited stock, i paid the extra *** and selected cash on delivery. And when i got the products that i've ordered, one was not the size that i ordered for. I ordered a Roadster men regular fit solid chinos of size ** and i've got size **. As i really liked the product from its looks i wanted to exchange the product with the exact size that i've ordered for. But when i contacted the customer care for the first time, they told me that i should place a return request and when the courier guy comes to pick it up, i have to deny it. And then there will be an option seen to exchange the product. And thus i denied the return when the courier guy reached to me.
But when i checked the website, there was no option for exchange. So i contacted the customer care for the second time and this time she told me to wait for ** days as they are currently out of stock for the product. I couldnt do that, i needed those trousers for next week, not next month. So i've decided to return the product.
This is the part where it's all bullshit. I just needed that trousers (roadster men grey chinos), but when i decided to buy it, i've seen that i have to pay *** for delivery charges, thats why i decided to add * more products to cart and grab a free delivery but then i was forced to pay *** extra for availing the offer. Though it was okay for me as i could get the trouser that i liked. So when i returned the product the refund amount was just ***.** , where did that *** went? Okay there were * products, they could've given me ** atleast. So now i have to buy an another trouser for a higher price and also with a delivery charge of *** extra. So now i'm in a total loss. The third time i called the customer care, i told her everything and she didn't seem to care. she was arguing that i i haven't paid *** extra. she even hug up the phone while i was talking. this is so unexpected from a company. i wont buy another thing from myntra. people like them are so untrustworthy. they don't seem to care for customer satisfaction. this is so rude. it took me a lot of time for complaining them. sooo disappointed.
