I purchased the Taj Epicure Membership on April **, ****. I was promised to get a package along with the membership and Taj Vouchers. After opening the package, I realized that the promised physical vouchers weren't given along with the package. I asked the Taj Sales representative who had helped me with the membership, to help me out with my query. She replied, " the physical vouchers were turned into e-vouchers recently (a week ) " but I purchased my voucher three weeks back. She also told me, " an email must have been sent from their end for the e-vouchers " I never received any emails after the payment. She gave me a link to find my e-vouchers. I found out that I wasn't able to log in with the link, to check the vouchers, as the OTP function wasn't working.
I have complained regarding this to the team, but I haven't got any proper response from them. It's been more than a month since I paid fully for the membership but I haven't been able to use the membership efficiently as the vouchers weren't given to me.
I stayed in a Taj property last month. I wasn't able to fully utilize my membership during my stay since the e-voucher intimation wasn't done nor were my queries solved as of now.
