I have made a booking with Id-JPS*BUWU* on **% offer & it was cancelled as when I went to pick the car and checked the documents, I found that the Insurance got expired ** days back and it was not renewed. And it was risky to take the car for long drive when insurance is expired.
I called up zoomcar customer support on telling about the issue & I got * options-
*) Either to take some other car
OR
*) To cancel the booking and get the full refund of Rs ***** plus the refund of Rs **** or discount coupon of equivalent amount/ **% off discount.
I chose the *nd one and I was promised on call that I will get the discounted refund after * days.
I have also received a text message stating the same from zoomcar and screenshot of which I have attached.
I am calling zoomcar from last ** days and every day they escalate the issue and ask me to wait for **hrs and I do not get response form them.
I have even dropped multiple emails but I am not getting a response.
Yesterday they gave me a coupon code but when I applied it, it was not a valid coupon code. Zoomcar has cheated and gave me incorrect coupon code and they have not refunded the promised discounted amount or coupon.
