I have purchased a product( Reebok Men Blue sweat jackets) from jabong omn **th december, ****. But due to inferior quality of the product i returned the same on **th december which was picked up from my address the next date. But till date no refund of amount has been made in my account till date. I have provided my bank details to jabong for refund but after some days they e-mailed me that my account details are wrong without sending any proof or justification of the same (perhaps they know better of my account detail rather than me), Thereafter, i have called written e-mails several times to jabong but either they didn't reply or keep on prevaricating.
