I had placed an order at Asian Arts, a Noida based furniture company with the website www.asianarts.in and my order number is ****. I had placed an order for furniture for Rs.***** last September i.e. *th Sep **** and I haven't been getting any updates in the recent months. I have been trying to follow up with a lot of calls and emails but only a few were answered and I have all the recorded details of that both mails and voice calls. I have even filed a consumer complaint via India's consumer portal but that didn't help as well and its been more than an year and I have no news for my products so I would like the refund. Also I have been reading reviews that the products are extremely terrible from their end o Google and I would like the refund. If I can help in any other way I am ready to share all the details. My name is Nivedithaa and I am from Coimbatore and I have placed this order from this Noida based company.
