Product quality not adequate Open

i purchased a sanyo led tv which was delivered to me on 6th of march 2018, installed on the same day and when i found picture quality not adequate i raised a return n refund request on the very same day itself. it's quality is so very pathetic, which can only be checked once it got installed and connected to a dth connection. flipkart then said yes it will b taken care of, once a technician visit is done to check wear n tears. then they cancelled my return request and are saying no returns or refund allowed. asking me to contact seller visit service centre and what not. i have my hard earned money blocked with flipkart now who's customer care is even least botherd about by plea as they tend to keep me on long holds when i try to reach out to them or just avoid my complaints raised either via email.
i am very frustrated since to me it is not at all a small amount, i have waited so very long for this to be able to buy 1 good tv and now i am dealing with this shit since the day i have made this decision to buy tv online. flipkart on the other hand are telling me about stupid policies related to them and there sellers to which I have no clue as i purchased it from flipkart and now they are just turning there face away to a total negligence on this matter. it had so very pathetic picture quality that I can't continue to withstand with this product. in tv that is the only thing which is very basic when planning to order one.
