We have ordered one laptop from Flipkart the brand name is Dell Inspiron ** **** series model product brought date was **th-March-**** and received date was **th-March-**** and place in Hyderabad. We have received the item with damage of power button. Regarding that issue, we have kept replacement request to Flipkart. They arranged a technician visit for this they took * days time. Means date was **st-March-**** they arranged. Still, they didn't solve my problem after that we have received a mail from the dell support team. We had a telephone discussion with Dell support team, actually, this process has to take care by Flipkart but I talked with Dell support team regarding that. The discussion dell team sent me mail of doa letter to me and in cc Flipkart after that we had called with flipkart team for that saying we have not received any doa letter mail from dell support team, in that case what I will do, is that my problem if it is not updated in their system like wise they said. After completing all these discussions again we had a call with Dell support team again they sent doa letter mail to Flipkart after one day. They accept my return and replacement request. In that case they gave date for return and replacement and the date was **rd-March-**** up to now it took total ** days to deliver still they didn't give me new product and again the delivery boy came he is saying you raised a complaint only on power button but it is a little bit different he started saying like this then I got irritated with delivery boy. I had so much mental tension, time waste, project loss and one more thing I had mental tension with Flipkart. I want to take this one seriously against to flipkart online product and services.
