I bought a pair of zakk twins wireless headphones last year from amazon. This year in the month of may, one of the headset stopped working so I mailed and asked about the warranty as it was under the warranty period. I got the reply that I have to send the product to an address and I sent it. I sent it on June ** and as per the courier service it has been delivered on June **. I again mailed and asked for the status but there has been no update or notification. I have also tried to call them, but the number is always busy and they didn't call back. I even tried to contact them on Instagram and Facebook. On Facebook they have seen my message but still haven't replied anything since two days of it.
