I've ordered some products on ** July from Myntra.com and paid in advance for that. They were supposed to be delivered by *rd August. Out of concern, i called Myntra on *nd august if my product will be delivered on the next day,i.e *rd august and they assured me thru mail that my product has reached Delivery center in my city(Gurgaon) and that will be delivered by *rd august. I've planned a surprise but Myntra spoiled it very badly. I've called them on *rd august, *th august, *th august and even *th august but customer care executives are not at all helpul and they keep on misguiding me by saying we've raised your complaint and we'll be back to you within **-** hours but there was no such response even after the given time frame. I've given my office address for the delivery and i have been there in my office after office hours just in the hope that may be Myntra get my product deliver around *-* o'clock in the evening but they are so shameles and wasted my time,energy and money itself. My product was there in the delivery centre since *nd august but it wasn't delivered even on *th august. I'm continuously following up this matter from past *-* days and they didn't even bothered to call delivery center. I've been mentally harrassed by Myntra and their executives. They are making fool of customers and playing with their emotions by promising timely delivery and customer support . They've no Rights to do false promises with the customers. I wasn't even informed of the delay in product delivey. This is really ridiculous and ihuman. I request you to please take action against myntra for harrassing me and provide me the compensation for the loss of my time and money. I am attaching the screenshot of my prodyct details and even today it is showing delivey upto *rd august.
