This complaint is regarding my invoice no# ****** for following items:
* TAKK Smart Desk - MADRAS - *X*
Feet / Dark Oak / * Stage Dual
Motor W/Memory (SKU:TSD-MD**-
* Cable Tray With PDU - Dark Oak
* Berlin Drawer Unit - WITH TOP
DRAWER (ADD-ON) / MALAYSIAN
* Monitor Lift Wide - Dark Oak / **
Inches (For * Ft Desk)
Amount paid was Rs. *****
The order was placed on *th April ****, and their support person confirmed that product will be dispatched by **th of May.
I waited till the said timeline and contacted them for status update after that. From that point of time till now, they have been either ignoring me. Or giving me status updates like, table is under quality check, is in final stage, every thing is ready but motorised legs are not available.
After so many follow ups I asked them to refund my money, they bluntly declined that they won't be able to cancel the order or refund money, either I'll have to wait or if I want the order to be delivered soon I need to adjust order with white legs(as they are available with them). But I paid a premium price for my choice of product, how can they impose such a situation on a customer.
I really made the big mistake of ordering the table from Takk. It has been more than * months now, and it has still not been shipped.
Numerous follow ups on Instagram, Whatsapp and Phone have resulted into nothing. They just don't care.
Please help me with this issue, as this is not justified behaviour from a company charging such premium amount. I have not received the product and the money is also not being refunded.
