I ordered a dress on this website bootees.in on October ****. But I did not get my dress yet and all the time I call them I did not get any proper response from them. Their customer service is not available. And a few days back I fought with them to cancel my order and issue my refund. Now they are not even ready to issue to refund. Please help me resolve this. I have attached the order confirmation mail from them.
