I ordered pant in Bewakoof, but the size is not fit for me. So I requested for return, the return pickup request is started. Two days I'm not there so they are not able to pick up. In the third day the delivery guy today I won't able to come for pickup and I said ok, but suddenly in the evening(Aug **, **** around *.** PM) he called and asked the parcel. I had some doubt and I asked few questions after that I given the parcel. I waited for one day and then I sent mail to Bewakoof I returned the product but the status is not changed, on the next day status is changed to return request is cancelled. From after that I'm sending mail to Bewakoof everytime new guy is alloted for my request and then they are keep on telling, it will take ** hrs to resolve this (Mail communication). But no one is responded. But now they are telling we didn't receive the product, so we can't refund the amount. How it will be mistake from my side. They are telling your not having return product receipt. No one in e-commerce site have given receipt for returned product, only the status will be updated. How will it be my mistake. Can anyone help me resolve this issues.
