- Printer Received in Damaged Condition Open
I purchased "Deskjet **** All-in-One printer at ****/- INR" from HP Store. Invoice Date: **rd July, **** and Purchase Order No: ***************, and I received Damaged Printer on **th July, ****. Scanner Part of Printer is wholly Broken and Not Used for scanning. From **th July, i am sending the Damaged part of Printer Images and Video with "email@example.com", "firstname.lastname@example.org". HP eEstore not giving proper confirmation for the Damaged Printer Replacement / Refund.
