On *th September I had placed an order from www.mi.com
OrderId : ****************
Under this OrderId, I had two SubOrderId
SubOrderId_*: ****************** that contains "Mi Business Casual Backpack Black",
blue dart tracking Id - ***********
its price was "***" Rupees
was delivered to me on *th September,
SubOrderId_* : ****************** that contains "Mi Notebook ** Horizon Gray i*",
its Price was "*****" Rupees
was not delivered to me, it was delivered back to the shipper(mi.com), courier partner also confirmed that,
I have proof of that.

On *th September I had a complaint in "Mi Customer Support" saying that my "SubOrderId_*" was not delivered but in mi.com showing it was delivered.Compliant Id - "woin**************"
On *th September Mi called me and told me that the money will be refunded once they received the product in their warehouse.
*-* days for reaching the product in the warehouse and * more days to initiate the refund reflect back to my account. In total * days. Also, the Product was delivering Bangalore to Bangalore.
On ** September I called Mi again informed them I did not get my refund. One of the solution expert supervisors told me confidently that I will get my money within the next * days.
Even on **th September when I did not get my refund, again called "Mi Customer Support" and asked what was the refund status.
One of the solution expert supervisors apologized and raised another complaint id "woin**************" saying that even after passing all timeframe why you did not get your refund, they need to investigate, asked me * more days.
This way they are kept on extending the timeline and not refunding my money. It has been almost ** days. It is a huge amount "*****"(Fifty-seven thousand) even though the actual price was *****(sixty thousand), got an upfront discount because of "no-cost EMI", it was a prepaid transaction.
I am totally helpless, no one is helping. "Mi Customer Support" always giving false promises. I cannot trust them anymore, worst customer support ever, even their senior customer support supervisor tells lie(sometimes they tell product reached to warehouse and initiated refund, just right after that they will deny, completely mismatch in their information)
Now I want my money back quickly ***** (fifty-seven thousand). I have all the proofs, invoice, mistranslation id, email conversation, call recording
