Goibibo - Pre-ponement of ticket refused, Incorrect Information provided, Cancelation of ticket refused and re Open

I booked a ticket Mumbai Jakarta Mumbai on Goibibo on Jet-airways, for travel on the 18th of July and the return on the 22nd of July. for Rs. 23,651

I completed my work in advance and hence requested the call centre for a pre-ponement of the ticket to the 21st of July instead of the 22nd.
I was refused help, I was told that there would be some 3000 odd charges for rescheduling the ticket, which I agreed to, however I was informed that there was a price escalation on the same sector, and when I directly checked the goibibo site itself I was getting a price of 13000 or so, when I informed the telecaster I was told that it happens however if you try and book the price will increase (Lie One)
I had no option but to try and book as there was no help forthcoming in a foreign country waiting out of an airport, so when I tried I could actually manage to book a flight for 14233/- (Ticket No 589 256476004) whereas the rate difference was supposed to be some 17000 and another 3000 or so for the charges to reschedule.
So without any help i had to book the ticket with no options but only refusals, lies, false options, harassment and anxiety at a foreign airport
I was also trying to speak with the caller through a wats app call to my wife back home who was trying to speak with the India based tele-caller as there was no local support at Jakarta
Now post booking I requested to cancel my next day ticket but I was given various reasons for not cancelling, in fact I tried on the goibibo app which kept on giving me an error
So I realised that my harassment was not over yet, I kept on trying to convince this gentleman to cancel, which he eventually did.
Finally when I requested for a refund I was informed that there was no refund possible due to some issues with the Airline.
When I persisted I was given some calculation of some 200 odd rupees of refund possible on email, though this was after consistent followup
So now we have a case of complete " I care a damn" attitude for a frequent user of Goibibo in a foreign land, tired, exhausted, frustrated, harassed and lied to many times during the ordeal.
And finally when I get mails now they do not even mention the 200 odd rupees in stead maintain that there is no refund possible.
First the ticket was not rescheduled by giving false reasons, and then there was no refund given on the cancellation of the ticket.
Hence refund to the tune of the additional fare charges minus the rescheduling charges should be refunded, which is a fare request not considering the harassment, anxiety and suffering I was subjected to.
Please accept your fault and...Please refund
I was frequent user of your services till this incident happened.
