- Postpaid Sim not activated after address verification Closed

After address verification today ,Airtel customer care number +************ called me to verify my company name and designation .this was surprising as I was not told about such a verification at all .I refused to share details about my company . The customer care sounded rude and told me if I don't understand them they won't activate my sim .they also told me that company name is mandatory field in their website ,I wonder how and why is it mandatory when address verification is all that's needed .
it's been ** hrs since Sim received and Sim is not yet activated .
Please take action against Airtel and customer care for not providing promised service . The customer care seem very immature and only talk to win their arguments without addressing the customer issue .
