Good morning
I am khushal singh (**********)on behalf of my father sh. Jagmal singh having mobile number ********** in postpaid.
Few month back on above mentioned number we receive a massage for conversion of plan to *** which is not at all performed on our wish.
On complaining we get a cal from airtel karnal who apologise us for this mistak which we even recorded and also give us offer to pay extra amount of bill as compared to our previous plan.which we didnt get yet
Kindly look after this or other wise i am left with consumer forum.
