I have been paying PLI with policy number ********. I tried to make a payment through axis bank account through QR for Rs. ****.** for the months of Nov and Dec, ****. The amount was deducted and I received a message that the payment was made to SBIMOPS. What does that mean? The payment is not reflected on PLI's website...Where did my money go? Please refund my amount if it is not paid...
