my internet service provider is airtel, i subscribed a *g internet pack but inside the home i receive very poor speed, lower than *g but airtel claims to be the first company to use better frequency tower to solve the issue of indoor coverage, i am not able to use internet inside the house, the highest speed i get is **kbps on speed metre of my device and when i did the speed test the speed it showed was *.***mbps or something means even below *.***mbps whereas *g's highest speed is ***mbs and on the speed test the *** mbps gets reduced to ** mbps and while actually downloading anything the actual speed you get in *g is * mbps. so *** mbps means * mbps in actual. i have called the customer care * times in * months and still theres no improvement. i am never able to use my internet upto my daily limit. my airtel number is **********
