Hi...i have booked a holiday through makemytrip and not happy with the service provided.i am a solo traveler and the hotel that is booked in not good as well.i am asking for upgradation and not getting the desired support
Already my family is suffering because of flood in kerala and forced to travel becoz entire package is nonrefundable
