My D*H service was not working properly most of the time its showing no signal. its took *months to resolve this issue. Now new Setup Box replaced by Videocon last more than a month able to login to my account on Laptop but mobile app stopped working. After complaint on *nd Oct'**** now not able to login to the account as well. Getting error not registered and while trying to login getting message user ID already exists. Every time Customer care people give stereo type response due to covid situation we are working from home not able to provide any support or resolution on this issue send email to Customer care. I have sent multiple communication to Customer Care as well as Nodal officer still not able to get any kind of proper support on this issue.
