- Poor service and incorrect billing by Airtel Closed
I , Ankita Das Rawat working with Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Gurgaon (Haryana) had taken a monthly family plan of Rs.***/under corporate connection services wherein one mobile number was advised as free of cost and I was briefed that both the mobile numbers viz; **********(Primary Number) and **********( free add-on number under family plan) would cost only the greatest of Rs.***;- pm without any more service taken like caller tune etc. This plan was activated on ** Feb **** but we faced several difficulties on using the primary number for almost two months,.
Despite finding difficulty in using the primary number and poor service by Airtel, we kept on paying the given bill for months. In the month of July ****, our mobile numbers were separated from the add-on plan and they were billed separately by Airtel at their own without taking any consent of mine.
Also apart from billing the two numbers separately they disconnected the add on number on the verge that the primary number bill was not paid as per the due date. After we made several complaints in the month of July and August ****, the add-on number was given back the services. However, I was not able to make any outgoing calls through this number for more than ** days, which was settled later. Even after I was facing so many problems with the services of Airtel, they charged the add-on number separately for Rs.***/- and also did not inform that our number is no longer having the add on facility and that we will have to pay the monthly charges for both the numbers separately,
When we discovered that both the numbers are being billed separately to us, we called the customer service number of Airtel and they advised that the grievances would be taken care of about the separation of the * numbers and the incorrect billing within ** hours . With great dissatisfaction, i would like to tell that none of the grievances were taken care of and my husband who is using the Primary number has received a bill of about Rs **** as per them and the services were deactivated just after the next day of the *st unpaid bill.
When we called them as I had received another bill that on *rd september and the due date is on **st Sep'****, the agent advised that she cannot help me with the details of the primary number (**********) as the details are in the old software which has just been changed and she has no access to that and also the Add on number (**********) has no add on facility. Also i do not know what plan i am using as per the will of the Airtel services.
They are not helping us at all, ,in the confusion they have created without my consent, and no earlier information was given. Infact they are being only money minded. There is no one who can actually resolve my issue.
I am a private salaried woman whose husband is a pensioner and i can bearly bear these incorrect billings on my shoulder.
Therefore, I would like to say that I am willing to pay for the services as per the family plan I had taken in Feb **** .
