Its more than ** days services are found not functioning with the alarm of ‘signals not available’, waited for one month as there was a rain fall in the city. second the problem persists, had no other option but for launching a complaint with Videocon customer care. Technican called me and inquired about the compliant and told me that he is not skilled to resolve the complaint, and he assured that he will assign the complaint to senior technician. But till day no senior technician approached me to resolve my complaint. Today I have registered the complaint once again - Complaint number is *********
