I am writing this letter to you to complain about the poor quality of the material used I observed in the sandals I recently bought.
Respected, my name is Meenatshi sundaram and I would state that I bought a pair of Sandals from RELIANCE TRENDS on **st Aug ****. The total billing amount paid was Rs.*,***.** (amount which includes Rs.**** coupon). I made payment for the purchase via Credit card.
The model name of the Sandals bought is “ Adidas Nu Gladi M Synthetic Mesh Low Tops Velcro Mens Sport Sandals.
I regret informing you that a product with such a good MRP came out to be poor in quality. The sole of the sandals was very slippery on water surface and make us unstable while walking on the wet surface. Being a regular buyer of your Brand’s products makes it difficult for me to accept the product received.
I had contacted several time your customer care via email from **th Nov **** and final response received is that, they couldn’t able to help us as it was purchased from third party store.
Also i connected with third party store where i bought this sandals (Reliance trends) multiple times and they are ready to exchange or do the refund but there also you are not providing the approval code. So, all around you are the responsible for this.
When as an organisation you are not accepting and not able to bear the loss for product exchange or refund which has worth of Rs.**** then As a customer how will i afford this loss.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I look forward to your quick and positive response.
Note: Though sandals bought on **st Aug i started using it from Oct **th for Diwali occasion. And *st complaint raised on **th Nov **** with Adidas brand and Next connect with Reliance Trends on **th Nov **** store visit and complaint logged on **th Nov ****.
