- Poor network for 4 months Open
Since January I'm facing poor network signals and asked Airtel to fix issue. They didn't and tried to stop me from porting out. I took matter to twitter a/c of Airtel in Feb and they keep saying they'd fix within * days. They didn't, I used to call *** every * days and speak **+ mins. Airtel's twitter kept ignoring me. On March ** Airtel network person called me and said he'd fix within * days, he didn't. I've been recording or calls to forward to DoT & TRAI. Last week my doctor confirmed that I'm facing anxiety issues due to repeated calls & disbelief from them... he advised me to file against them in Consumer forum. I've been facing sleeping disorders lately because of their unresponsive & arrogant behaviour against me. There's no financial loss but mental strain just to get in touch with my people over calls. I clearly have screenshots and recordings and did forwarded to Airtel's twitter a/c. Any help to register a complaint against them is much appreciated. Thank you.
