Today , *th may **** , I complained to Gtpl Broadband for poor service for the *th time in the past one week . I am not receiving proper internet connectivity since the past two weeks. I am facing the issue of poor internet connectivity every half an hour. Gtpl broadband is not ready to understand the gravity of the situation. Work from Home is not possible due to such pathetic internet service and also children at my home are unable to attend their live online lectures. Web CME and Online meetings have been severely affected by the poor service provided by Gtpl broadband.
