After Airtel upgraded their service from *G to *G in my residential area, I am facing tremendous problem in data connectivity and voice call drop from June, ****. Starting from July, **** I made several complaints through phone call and emails, escalated my complaint to nodal level and then to appellate level and even to TRAI, but of no use. Each time Airtel officials used to reply expressing their grievance and promising sorting out my issue quickly. But till date problem is not resolved. Every month I am paying Rs *** to Airtel against my postpaid plan but its a waste since I have to face great difficulty in voice drop during a phone call and very poor data connectivity.
