I have purchased a * ton Carrier Octra split AC which had stopped working in June ****. I have the product covered under extended warranty of Reliance Digital. I have contacted Reliance Digital Helpline (***********) and they have conferenced me with various service manager in Hyderabad. These service managers make fake promises saying that they will appoint an agent for looking into the issue and ultimately block my contact. I have reached the helpline(***********) who in turn reach the service manager either on mobile or email but the service managers are least responsive. This is very pathetic behaviour by the service engineers. I have tried to contact the escalation support "customersupport@resq.in" which is one more failure.
