I have been complaining from last * months. Whatever complain I register it gets automatically closed. and not solving complain for internet connection.
This has lead to customer dissatisfaction. I had made loss of my business. And during customer service I have faced below issue as well.
As discussed over the phone with Uttam ji, I want to report serious complain against Ankit Panchal who had attained complain no : *************.
He had behaved very rudely with me, He had been blaming for generating wrong complain. He was behaving very bad using words like "" હું તારો નોકર નથી ", "તું/તારી થી વાત કરવી ", "કોમ્પ્લેઇન ખોટી ખોટી નાખવી એવો આક્ષેપ નાખવો", "કોમ્પ્લેઇન કલોઝ કરી નાખવી","તારા થી જે થાય એ તોડી લે ", "મને આ કોમ્પ્લેઇનથી કોઈ ફેર નથી પડતો""
I have video recording of it, I want strict action against him. I want him to write apologize letter. Insisting provide strict customer relationship training to him. How to behave with customer ? He does not know how to talk with customer ? How he is presenting Youbroadband.
I need status of this escalation.
