I reserved the trip ( sleeper coach non-AC ) by using Redbus. But the bus condition was very poor. The fan was not working in all the seats ( driver said open the window you will get air but its rainy time ). Fully dirty seats causing sneezes. the size steel bar is too loose becomes too noisy, the driver says gove support by using some wood ( where I go for supporting material ) I couldn't sleep the whole night. The light was not working. I need to file a claim on Redbus. It's Redbus' responsibility to maintain those things.
I have all my journey records, voice records.
