- PINETM Refund not received Rs 5999 Open
I am Manoj Kailash Chaudhari. I register in PineTm Super Distributor Id No. **********. When I took this service your sales officer said the full deposit amount deposit in your portal at the same time. Then I register the super distributor service with amount Rs. ****/-. Then only *** deposit in my portal. when I contact your Customer care then they said if you transaction Rs. *****/- & Above then you got *** from your deposit amount. This is misguidance from your sales officer. Then I want to register KOTAK & ICICI BANK for money transfer that banks also not attach with there service. So I want to stop the service and ask for giving my money back. They was give me ** Days period for transfer my money back. My complaint number-ID******Rl. But now already *** days gone they not transfer my fund refund. Then I contact return & your customer care and then they said we give you a refund in your portal account. then use it or clear the balance. But now My portal account disable. How can I use this money? & not anybody replies to my mail & my problems.
