I had ordered metronaut trouser L size from flipkart , order got delivered on time but when i unboxed package there is a big visible torn marks on trouser and cloth also seems used then i opened my flipkart application and requested a refund because there is no replacement availability.
Next day a delivery boy from Ekart come to me and cheked the product but denied to pick up my product then he called to his office manager they rudely behaved me as if i were a thief. I told them that you can verify all things whatever you want but pickup my product but they didn't agree. He also insulted me on public for only *** rs product that was never expected by me. I am old flipkart user and purchasing from flipkart for many years. Ekart office manager threatened me that i will pick up your product then your refund not be processed. Then i was trying to call flipkart customer care for resolving my problem that time but that time i am unable to talk to CC. Then courier person taken my product and didn't give me any receipt or confirmation massege that he had picked up my product.
In eveing * Pm , i got a msg that my product pickup got rejected due to product mismatched but i handled him actual product what i received from flipkart. Than evening i called again that courier boy , he has given phone to ekart office manger but manager again talk rudely and cut my call.
Even flipkart not giving proper attention on this. I am mentally harrased by Ekart and Flipkart both for *** product , i am totally scared now for future purchasing from flipkart. There is no consumer rights meaning in flipkart .
This is very painful to me not for money... For only that ekart misbehaving with me....
If i will not get proper resolution i will surely take further action on flipkart after collecting all the answers from flipkart officials and all resources.
Hope flipkart understand a customer rights and dignity also.
