I had purchased Realme X from Flipkart on **th Oct **** which came with Complete Mobile Protection against accidental damage for ** months. In October **** my phone's screen was broken due to accidental damage by falling from my hand. I registered a claim with Jeeves on **th October, I paid processing fee of Rs.*** and they picked up my device on **th Oct. As promised they should have delivered my repaired device within ** business days from pickup, which they didn't so I called them and asked what's happening they said parts weren't available please wait they sais. So I waited and every time I called their stupid customer support they wouldn't have any update. They would always say We have escalated the issue to back-end time on high priority basis please wait for * business days. It has been *months I have been waiting for * business days to come but no update regarding my device at all. But on **th of December I get a mail saying your device has been received on **Oct, we have started your repair you will get your device soon, I was shocked completely as I thought my device had been repaired because just * days back they said your device has been dispatched you will get it in * days. So i called them back regarding this mail they said there has been a issue with our courier partner and my device had been sent to wrong location for * long months(Seriously??). They said wait for ** days as repair started today(**th December **pm device was received), I having no choice had to agree as they don't even respond to email and their customer service agent will do nothing but apologize and say he has escalated and will handle it personally. So I prepared my mind to wait ** business days, but I called to check next day again they said my device has been dispatched towards me on **Dec itself at *pm on the same day they said it had reached service station at **pm, but I asked for tracking number they said due to technical issue it is not generated u will get the number shortly but didn't get from * days. My device I bought using card discount at around Rs.**,*** including the plan was selling at Rs.**,***,but now it's selling at Rs. **,***. So Flipkart came in between as I raised complaint at National Consumer Helpline but Jeeves didn't even care to respond to NCH, Flipkart offered me some low refund amount but my phone was worth way more, I denied refund saying I would wait for my device or I want full refund or new device. Stupid Jeeves is not responding they only say I will get a callback today I also warned about going to consumer court also. So please help me I haven't slept properly for * months and I have faced many travel expense(almost Rs.****) because they promised twice my device would be delivered to my address. This is my last hope
