I checked in Oyo Capital O ***** Omkar Executive Pune on **th June around **:**, it was late night so I went for dinner outside after coming back around **** I found that without my permission my room door was open and they checked my bag and kept it outside. After asking them the reason they said that they thought I had checked out (my check out date and time was **th June ****). Hotel have no authority to go inside the room check bag and keep it outside leaving no option I went to another hotel. I called Oyo customer care they said they cannot help me in any way.
