- Pepperfry not cancelling my order even after I received an email stating I can cancel Closed

I had placed an order for a desk and ergonomic chair on *th April, ****. After the extension of lockdown by Indian Govt. I received an email from Pepperfry stating I can cancel my order. Here is the text from the email: "This is with reference to your Pepperfry Order *********-FN*******-S-PM**** dated * Apr ** for Motion Ergonomic Chair in Navy Blue & White Colour By Godrej interio
We wish to inform you that in light of the nationwide lockdown extension announced by our Prime Minister on ** April ****, we will need to reschedule the delivery of your order to a further date in the month of May ****. Our supply chain operations are paused due to the lockdown and as per the current notification is expected to reopen after * May ****.
We know you have made a considered purchase and we are equally committed to fulfilling your order as soon as possible. We have also taken several steps in line with the guidelines issued by WHO and Health Ministry to combat the spread of COVID-** and ensure safe deliveries of products to our customers.
However, if you wish to cancel your order due to this uncontrollable extension in delivery timelines, please feel free to write to us on cs@pepperfry.com. Once we receive your cancellation request, our customer support team will cancel the order and process your refund. Please allow us ** days from the date of cancellation to process your refund.
