- Payment successful but order not placed Closed

Hi, I placed and order on **th May and paid the whole amount via Google pay, the payment was deducted from my account and I received an email from jio confirming that the payment is successful but on the application it showed that the order is not placed as payment is not completed. I mailed them but there is no resolution. Usually payment is credited within * hrs if there is any error, however I waited for ** hrs, still can't see the amout refunded.
Kindly look into the matter. I have all the mail and statements.
