Hathway Broadband Internet

I am regular subscriber of Hathway Broadband internet. I usually renew my account for the entire year every year. Recently my account was due for renewal on March *th, ****. I renewed my account on March **th by making an online payment of INR **,*** using the link that Hathway sent through their SMS.
The amount also got debited from my bank account. However, Hathway kept saying that the amount is not reflected at their end. I shared with him various screenshots of the payment proof. The customer care at Hathway was equally reckless in handling my query and kept coming up with a pre-defined script that someone will get back to me in the next ** hours, however, there was no resolution.
To top it all, they disconnected my internet and said that the disconnection is due to non-payment. Hence, I am at a loss of my money as well as internet connection.
Please help me address my complaint.
