With reference to email , of outstanding for my mobile number **********, please check the attached mail, where I have cleared the dues.
Vodafone has charged me Amazon prime membership, wherein I had deactivate the service and my prime membership was not at all active, though i was been charged for around Rs ****.**, as per the attached refer mail the waiver was given for this amount and I paid total balance amount.
Total outstanding paid - Rs.****.**/-
This waiver part is not updated by Vodafone. It is not my fault, it's Vodafone job that they should update the details clearly.
Multiple times I have explained to your executives, but Vodafone have never supported, instead disputing the amount.
Currently I have ported my Number to Prepaid in May **** with another service provider, if I had outstanding bills with Vodafone, how my number got ported. Suddenly unnecessary charges Vodafone is asking me to pay and threatening with court letters.
Asking me to visit the Vodafone Store and sort the issue, Though I have this clear mail of waiver, then why is this mess.
Due to health issue I cannot move to store and without me present there your store excuitive will never support my subordinates, how are you going to sort the issuse ?
Also when this payment collection started, I have multiple times asked for the Bill copy and the charges I have charged, but they have no bills details at all, they just have one answer, visit the store you will get the bill there, is this the solution and you claim as Good telecom Partner.
Send me the bill details and Bill, copy what all I have been charged for, review the bill I will make the payment, but Vodafone is not providing me the bill only, just harassing and threatening to make the payment.
