Iam paying my monthly bill with help of netplus app . While paying my bill i have selected the upi mode for the payment of bill then added my upi id to it for transaction . When i go back to bhim app and approved the payment it showed successful payment of bill and my money is got deducted from Bank account. .
But after going back to netplus app then they showed me that they cannot process my payment .
I want to say that atlast that please refund my money or appove my bill
